There is a corner of Europe where time appears to have stopped there five hundred years ago. The people living in the mountains of Northern Albania have never experienced the hurry of modern life: they have plenty of time, but that is about as much as they own. They have neither electricity or schools and no police have ever set foot on this territory. most mountain people can only nake their mark by arms. One bad word may cause such great insult that only blood can compensatefor. The age-old tradition of vendetta has become the subject of this documentary because it triggers chains of killing now, in the late 20th century.
