Hungarian Film Commission

E-mail Print
filmbizlogoThe Hungarian Film Commission was set up in 1998 within the framework of the Motion Picture Public Foundation of Hungary with the support of the Ministry of National Cultural Heritage in order to provide location services and promote Hungary as a film location.

In January 1999 the Hungarian Film Commission became a full member of the AFCI, as the first of its kind in the East Central European region.
Headquartered in Budapest and permanently represented in Hollywood, the Hungarian Film Commission is a repeat exhibitor at the annual Los Angeles Locations' Trade Show to promote Hungarian locations and production services to independent and studio production professionals, and to maintain a film-friendly image of Hungary.
