54th Valladolid SEMINCI premieres Tamás Almási's innovative documentary about football icon Ferenc Puskás. The influential cinema event showcases Géza M. Tóth's latest short, Attila Bertóti's animation and János Edelényi's first 35 mm feature PRIMA PRIMAVERA.
54th edition of Spain's leading international film festival is held between 23-31 October in Valladolid. Semana Internacional de Cine de Valladolid (SEMINCI) presents four Hungarian pictures including the international premiere of the Puskás docu, this year.
Tamás Almási’s documentary film, Puskás Hungary about the great Hungarian footballer Ferenc Puskás will be first shown in Valladolid festival’s 'Time of History' competition. Puskás Hungary using several archive photos, footages and original letters will be screened in attendance of the director.

Géza M. Tóth latest picture Mama and Attila Bertóti’s animation Ariadne’s Thread have been invited to take part in SEMINCI’s short film competition.

János Edelényi’s first 35 mm feature, Príma Primavéra starring Andor Lukáts and Bulgarian actress Vessela Kazakova competes in the Meeting Point section. The European coproduction will be introduced to the Spanish audience by director János Edelényi.
