Australia's most critically acclaimed international film festival, the 59th Melbourne IFF premieres Szabolcs Hajdu’s latest feature.
Following European and American festival premieres, Australian audience also has the chance to discover Szabolcs Hajdu’s 5th full-length feature, Bibliothéque Pascal.
Melbourne IFF shows the Hungarian-German coproduction in the International Panorama on 27th July and 1st August.
The Age, Australia’s leading daily newspaper highlights Hajdu’s film as “Top Pick” of this year’s selection.
Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF) is an iconic Melbourne event. MIFF hosts a feast of cinematic delicacies from over 50 countries for seventeen days each Winter, heavily garnished with a range of parties and special events that cast a celebratory mood over the city. The Festival enjoys annual admissions of more than 190,000, making it one of Melbourne's significant public events.
